Appliance question, where to buy a new cooker?
I have a GE oven with four gas burners. It is not that old, but the hob housing was tested. I would like to just buy a new shell, if that is possible, but no one knows at Home Depot, what to do about it and I'm not sure where you can buy only that part. Why replace the entire oven / stove? And trust me, I have tried to clean the best I can.
I would contact GE. If it no unreasonable use of the stove, or external cause of the damage, then it can be a manufacturing defect. At least they should be able to tell you how to effectively .
