Appliances Memphis Tn

Where should I change?
I have two months to look for apartments in Memphis, TN and have since it eventually narrowed to two possibilities. One is 2 bedroom 1 1 / 2 bath in a 4-plex. It is older, but it is huge and has a very unique floor plan. The rent is $ 615 per month plus utilites. It's in Midtown – which is one of the Hipper areas of the city and it is only 2.1 miles from my job. The only drawbacks are old Appliances, kitchen cabinets and slightly uneven ok Soils. The other place is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath in Hickory Hill, not the best area, It is about 25 minutes from work. The apartment is very nice with a washing machine and dryer in the unit and all new applances. The complex has a pool and fitness center. The rent is $ 610 + utilities. Basically, the first home is not as nice, but in the area I want, while the second looks like what I am not, however, that in the area that I want. I do not think that it beautiful new homes in Midtown, in my price range. What should I go?
Oy Vey, without knowing more about you, the $ 615 in Midtown sounds safer … Possibly able to negotiate with newer devices. Depends on which u need. A basic stove is not very expensive. Keep the area in the search in midtown, where there is a better area, or take # 1, before it's gone.
