Recycling equipment, which not all may be charged.?

I have electric scissors and an electric broom, can no longer loaded. Nothing happens if they put their charger. How do I fix this or do I throw them away?

Take them apart, ussually the batteries are "custom" but ussually only AA or AAA batteries welded together and sealed. May need to do some electrical skills.
