For starters, your problem is that a * Amana * serial number, not a model number. You must search for the exact model from the label on the fridge and then you have more luck. Sometimes you have to hunt down, even remove drawers to to see it on the wall. On newer it is at the top front of the fridge. Bottom freezers tend to have it in the freezer so you have to model to get on the floor. You must be able to stick in your head and look around to see sometimes.
